As a My Space Housing Solutions resident, you can expect a high standard of accommodation which is close to local amenities and public transport links. My Space have our own dedicated maintenance team who are available 24 hours a day and all properties will have regular inspections.

As part of your tenancy agreement, you will receive weekly support from a dedicated and highly trained Housing Support Officer, who will provide information, advice and guidance on a range of issues, including:

  • Understanding your tenancy responsibilities
  • Benefits and claims help
  • Advice on security and safety
  • Support with managing repairs
  • Promoting your independence
  • Help with moving on when the time is right
  • Accessing other services
  • Going along to residents’ meetings and forums
  • Help with budgeting
